Cécilia is a trio of fine Canadian musicians — Timi Turmel on accordion, Erin Leahy on piano, and Louis Schryer on fiddle. They bring fresh spirit to Quebecois and Celtic traditions that have been part of Canadian music for generations. Individually, they have cred for miles: Timi was Quebecois Champion on accordion three years running; with her siblings in the band LEAHY, Erin is a multiple JUNO Award winner; and Louis is the only eight-time Canadian Fiddle Champion (and a four-time Grand Masters Fiddle Champion). As Cécilia, they invite audiences to share in the unmistakable, irresistible vitality of their music and culture.
